When you submit a booking inquiry or tour request, we may collect your name, email, phone number, organization, event details, preferred dates, guest count, package choices, enhancements, and messages. We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, evaluate event fit, schedule tours, administer reservations, process payments, maintain safety and records, improve the website, and comply with legal or building requirements.
The website may use service providers for hosting, form delivery, email, calendars, analytics, contracts, and payments. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services, legal compliance, safety, or a business transaction. Social Nest does not sell personal information for money.
The tour tool opens Google Calendar with the visitor’s requested date, name, email, venue address, and info@social-nest.com as an invited guest. Google processes that information under its own terms and privacy policies. A calendar invitation is only a request until accepted.
Payment information should be entered only through the approved payment provider identified in the final invoice or agreement. Social Nest does not ask visitors to submit full card or bank information through the booking inquiry form.
Inquiry and reservation records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute, insurance, safety, and legal purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may request correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to records Social Nest must retain for contracts, accounting, legal claims, safety, or compliance. You may also opt out of nonessential marketing communications at any time.
The website is intended for adults arranging events. Social Nest does not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13.
Social Nest aims to provide an accessible website and venue experience. Visitors may contact info@social-nest.com to request website content in another format or discuss reasonable venue accommodations. Specific event arrangements remain subject to safety and building conditions.
Links to maps, Google Calendar, government resources, or vendors lead to services Social Nest does not control. This notice may be updated as practices or services change. Material changes apply prospectively and will be reflected by the effective date.
